1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and AITOSCREEN. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using our websites, applications, AI tools, and related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
• Tell us promptly at info@aitoscreen.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. The AITOSCREEN service

AITOSCREEN provides creative and production tools that may include script, image, audio, video, planning, collaboration, storage, and AI-assisted features. Features, usage limits, supported formats, and availability may vary by plan and may change as the service develops.

AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to content produced for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit to the service. You give AITOSCREEN a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and your settings.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content and to instruct us to process it. You remain responsible for your inputs, projects, and use of outputs.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Do not create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or malicious content.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits or security, scrape protected areas, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated material as authentic where doing so could deceive or harm another person.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed at the price, currency, interval, and taxes shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You may cancel future renewal through the available account controls or by contacting us.

Any trial, refund, credit, or promotional terms shown at purchase form part of these terms. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

7. AITOSCREEN property

The service, software, interface, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by AITOSCREEN or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains in good standing; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.

8. Third-party services

The service may rely on or link to third-party providers, models, payment processors, or websites. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies. AITOSCREEN is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, legal requirement, non-payment, or harm to AITOSCREEN, our users, or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that AI outputs will be accurate, unique, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, AITOSCREEN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will post the revised version and update its effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
